Change of Plans
If you have registered for the Conference and cannot attend, kindly inform Ms. Maia Brindley Nilsson via email@example.com as soon as possible. A full refund may be given if notification of cancellation is received no later than one month before the start of the event. Refunds are not available after this date.
How can WMU support my Visa application?
WMU will prepare a letter supporting your visa application once your registration is confirmed.
Transfer of ownership of registration
Please inform Ms. Maia Brindley Nilsson via firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish to transfer your registration to another individual. Please include your details as well as the details of the person who will be attending in your place. Such requests should be made at least 10 working days prior to the event.
