REGISTRATION AND LOGISTICS

The Regional Conference of the NF-WMU Closing the Circle Programme, taking place on 4-7 April 2022, will be a hybrid conference welcoming participants virtually and onsite in Dominica.  


Please find further information below on conference registration and general logistics for virtual and onsite attendance. 

virtual participation

Virtual participation is available on 5-6 April 2022 and will be complimentary. The conference will be hosted in the form of Zoom Webinar.

  • Please register to receive Zoom details for online participation at the conference.  Link to Zoom Registration Here.

  • Online audience will be able to interact through the Zoom Q&A function and chatbox.
     
  • The conference will be recorded.

onsite participation

Onsite participation is available on 4-7 April 2022 and is complimentary. Due to limited seats, registration to attend onsite is subject to availability.

  • Kindly note that WMU does not cover participants travel and accommodation costs. 

REGISTRATION AND CHECK-IN

  • Please check-in at the registration desk by the venue’s reception with your registration confirmation email to receive your name tag and conference materials.
  • For security purposes, please wear your conference badge at all times during the conference to access the facilities and activities (incl. lunch).
