We are pleased to share that the conference will be held at the “De Izcue y Runciman” auditorium, located within the Peruvian Naval Academy in La Punta, Callao. This distinguished venue provides an ideal setting for the event and we look forward to welcoming you to this prestigious location for an enriching and memorable conference experience.

What to Bring?

• Eventbrite Ticket: Ensure you have your Eventbrite ticket ready.
• Identification: Bring the Passport or ID card you used for registration. This ID will also be required when requesting radio devices for simultaneous interpreting.

Getting There

• By Car or Taxi: We recommend arriving by car or taxi for your convenience.
• Parking: If you plan to park at the venue, you must present your Passport or ID card along with your driving license and Eventbrite registration.
• Taxi Drop-off:  Please note that taxis cannot enter the venue. Your driver will drop you off at the entrance. From there, present your Passport or ID Card together with your Eventbrite Registration and be prepared to walk approximately 400 mts to reach the auditorium.
