Programme
Yes, the conference is planned as a hybrid event. Please visit the Registration page for more information.
Pre-conference materials, including the agenda, speaker bios, and session details, will be available on our Programme page closer to the event date. Registered attendees will also receive email updates with important information and materials.
Translation and interpretation services will be provided for on-site and online participants in English and Spanish.
Yes, the programme will be consistent for both on-site and online attendees, ensuring that all participants have access to the same sessions and content.
Networking opportunities is integrated into the Conference Programme, including detailed sessions on 17 September 2024 and informal meet-and-greets in between technical sessions to connect with other participants.
The Welcome and Reception dinner is hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Peru. Participation is strictly by invitation only.
Updates to the programme will be posted on the Programme page and communicated via email to registered participants. Kindly ensure to check the website regularly for latest information.
The conference recordings including presentations will be available on the website post-event, after obtaining permission and consent from the contributors.
Registration
To register for the conference, please visit our Registration page. You will find a link to the online registration form along with information on registration fees and deadlines. Simply fill out the registration form and follow the instructions to complete your registration process. Early registration is recommended to secure your spot.
Transfer of Registration is not possible. Each incoming attendee, either in person or virtual, has to register individually. Remember that attendees can only access the venue after disclosing their individual pass with matching ID/ Passport.
After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details. If you do not receive it within a few hours, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us for assistance.
The registration is free of cost for the technical sessions for both on-site and online participants. However, general on-site participants who wish to join the cultural tour on 20 September 2024 should be a small fee. Please visit the Registration page for more details.
Participation
You will receive a Zoom link and access instructions via email prior to the conference. Click on the link at the scheduled time to join. Please ensure you have the Zoom application installed and updated.
For the best experience, use a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection. Ensure you have functioning speakers or headphones. Test your setup before the conference begins.
Please type your questions in the Zoom chat box. Questions will be addressed during designated Q&A sessions.
Yes, you will receive a conference program and any relevant materials upon arrival. Digital copies may also be available for download.
Mobile phones should be silenced or set to vibrate mode. Avoid using them during sessions to minimize disruptions. If you must take a call, step outside.
Use formal titles and last names (e.g., Dr. Smith, Ambassador Jones) unless invited to use first names. Kindly maintain a respectful tone in all communications.

The closest airport is Jorge Chavez Airport. It is the main international airport serving Lima, the capital of Peru. It is located in Callao, around 12 kilometers from the Historical Center of Lima (est. 45 min by car) and around 20 kilometers from the district of Miraflores (est. 50 min by car). Yes, there will be registration desks and help desks on-site to assist with any queries or issues you might have during the conference. Our organising team will be available to provide support.
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available at the venue for all attendees. Details on how to access the network will be provided upon arrival.
