You can offset your travel and take responsibility for your travel footprint by using UN-certified emissions reductions through the UNFCCC Climate Neutral Now initiative. Emission reductions are created by projects that either remove emissions from the atmosphere, for example, by absorbing carbon dioxide in trees, or avoid creation of new emissions, for example, by replacing fossil fuels with renewable energy.
