Ms Cinthya Morales Pastor has a law degree from the University of Piura (UDEP) and an MBA from Centrum – Católica.
She has more than 16 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Working in the field of Maritime, Port and Foreign Trade Law as a P&I correspondent and legal advisor to companies in the sector.
She belongs to the PERUCAMARAS Advisory Council since 2019, for which she has served as PERUCAMARAS Representative in the Customs Technical Council, PERUCAMARAS Representative in the Ositran User Council of National Ports and Member of the Maritime and Port Affairs Commission and Customs Officers of the Lima Chamber of Commerce.
In addition, she is Secretary of the Board of Directors of WISTA Peru and arbitrator on the payroll of the International Arbitration Center – Chamber of Belgium and Luxembourg in Peru (CIABLP).
She has also participated in the development, design, implementation and execution of coastal projects at the national level, linked to the development of maritime and port work, extraction activities or exploitation of natural resources aimed at sustainable development.
Tiene un título de derecho por la Universidad de Piura (UDEP) y MBA por Centrum – Católica.
Cuenta con más de 16 años de experiencia en el sector público y privado. Desempeñándose en el rubro de Derecho Marítimo, Portuario y de Comercio exterior como corresponsal de P&I y asesora legal de empresas del sector.
Pertenece al Consejo Consultivo de PERUCAMARAS desde el 2019, por el cual se ha desempeñado como Representante de PERUCAMARAS en Consejo Técnico de Aduanas, Representante de PERUCAMARAS en Consejo de Usuarios de Ositran de Puertos de Alcance Nacional y Miembro de la Comisión de Asuntos Marítimos, Portuarios y Aduaneros de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima.
Además, es Secretaria del Consejo Directivo de WISTA Perú y árbitro de la nómina del Centro Internacional de Arbitraje – Cámara de Bélgica y Luxemburgo en el Perú (CIABLP).
También ha intervenido en la elaboración, diseño, implementación y ejecución de proyectos costeros a nivel nacional, vinculados al desarrollo de labores marítimas, portuarias, actividades de extracción o explotación de recursos naturales orientados al desarrollo sostenible.
