Tessa’s experience covers all aspects of project development. She was Technical Manager Environment (2011-2015) and Manager of Port Projects (2016-2017) at Port of Antwerp International, focused on assessing and evaluating port projects. Her role was to optimize performance and revenues, as well as to detect and close investment opportunities in ports and terminals worldwide.
Given her experience, she has the tendency to balance her business approach and customer relations with a sustainability mindset.
Since January 2018, Tessa has been working as Chief Commercial Officer at Port of Açu, responsible for identifying and leveraging new business opportunities through market analysis, prospection and pro-active business development. Her goal is to develop long-term projects that are catalysts for the occupation of the Port of Açu Complex.
