Margareta Jensen Dickson joined Stena Line in 2015 as Head of People. She heads up the Groups People department where her team provides HR support and development for 7,800 people in 11 European countries. She also drives digital transformation within HR, as well as aligning the company in the One HR strategy.
Before Stena Line, Margareta held HR roles in key Gothenburg organisations: the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre/Gothia Towers Hotel, Swedavia Airports and the retail chain NetonNet.
Margareta has a passion for
simplifying HR delivery, and making diversity and
inclusion happen.
Margareta also serves on the boards of directors for Sjöfartens utbildningsinstitutet and for Stena Manning AS in Copenhagen
Outside work Margareta loves spending time with her family in Sweden and the UK.
