Linda Wallin is a Senior Analyst at the Swedish Agency for Marine and Water Management’s (SwAM) Unit for International Affairs. She is tasked with coordinating the Agency’s international work with Agenda 2030 and supporting the development and implementation of SwAMs’ international development cooperation program financed by Sida with a particular attention to cross-sectorial issues, including gender equality and human rights. Ms. Wallin has a long experience from international development cooperation from both headquarters and field positions. She has among other things served as policy analyst at the UN Secretariat’s Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA), as Special Assistant to the UN Resident Coordinator in Mozambique, as Program Manager in gender equality and democratic governance for Afghanistan at Sida and as a program manager at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute for Human Rights and Humanitarian Law. Ms. Wallin holds master degree in Political Science with specialization in international affairs.
