There are two options for participation; onsite and online. Please note that registration is mandatory for attendance both onsite and online. Please register below or directly via the Eventbrite page here.

• Please note that the Gala Dinner and Cultural Tour are optional, have additional fees and can be selected as add-ons when registering.
• Please note that for the student discount - valid Student ID must be shown when checking-in at the conference.

Online participation: 11 - 12 October 2022 Virtually

• Online participation will be available via Zoom Webinar. Please be informed that registration is mandatory for attendance online. 
• Following registration, proceed with link shared in email confirmation to submit your request to  Zoom dial in details, which will be shared upon approval.
• Please note that the Zoom link is personal and is not be shared.  
• The registration for virtual attendance is free of charge.
  
  

Travel and Visa:

Onsite participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs and bookings.

• VISA support letters can be provided upon request once registration has been completed and payment has been received. You will be asked to provide the necessary details for the letter upon registration.
