She holds a Masters of Marine Management from Dalhousie University and is a United Nations Nippon Foundation Fellow. Tricia has served as Antigua and Barbuad\u2019s National Focal to the Ramsar Convention as well as the Marine and Coastal Biodiversity Focal Point to the Convention on Biological Diversity.
