Please be informed that registration is mandatory for attendance online.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Following registration, proceed with link shared in email confirmation to submit your request to &nbsp;Zoom dial in details, which will be shared upon approval.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Please note that the Zoom link is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">personal <\/span>and is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">not be shared<\/span>. &nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">The registration for virtual attendance is free of charge.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><strong>Travel and Visa: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Onsite participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs and bookings.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">VISA support letters can be provided upon request once registration has been completed and payment has been received.
