He has followed the institutional courses of Basic Intelligence, Basic General Staff, system engineering course, Naval High Command program-Master of Maritime Policy; He is also an Auditor certified by Lloyds in the BWM + ANTIFOULING, ISM and ISPS Codes, ANNEX I (IOPP), is a Port State Officer and has a Master&#8217;s Degree in Maritime Affairs in the specialization of &#8216;Maritime Safety and Environment Administration&#8217; at the World Maritime University in Malm\u00f6, Sweden.During his service on board, he served as Chief of the 3rd. Engineering Division at COMDM-74; Head of the Operations Department of the Maritime Patrol Vessel PM-247 \u201cRIO ZA\u00d1A\u201d; Commander of the Maritime Patrol Vessel PM-242 \u201cRIO PIURA\u201d; Second Commander and Commander of the Maritime Patrol Vessel PM-246 \u201cRIO HUARMEY\u201d.He has served as Crew Officer and First Assistant of the Port Captaincies of Callao and Chimbote; Officer of the Traffic and Aquatic Police Division of the Operations Section, Head of the Search and Rescue Department and Chief of Operations of the Coast Guard Operations Command; Director of Aquatic Accident Investigation of the General Directorate of Captaincies and Coast Guard; as well as Captain of the Port of Yurimaguas and Chimbote; Deputy Head of the Captaincy District No. 2.He currently serves as Chief of Staff of the Coast Guard Operations Command<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ingres\u00f3 a la Escuela Naval del Per\u00fa el 3 de marzo de 1995, gradu\u00e1ndose como Alf\u00e9rez de Fragata en diciembre de 1999.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Licenciado ciencias mar\u00edtimas navales y bachiller en ingenieria naval de la Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria-UNI, Calificado en Capitan\u00edas y Guardacostas. Ha seguido los cursos institucionales de B\u00e1sico de Inteligencia, B\u00e1sico de Estado mayor, curso ingenier\u00eda de sistema, programa de alto Mando Naval-Maestr\u00eda en Pol\u00edtica Mar\u00edtima; adem\u00e1s es Auditor certificado por la Lloyds en los C\u00f3digos BWM + ANTIFOULING, ISM e ISPS,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ANNEX I (IOPP), es oficial del Estado Rector de Puerto, cuenta con una Maestr\u00eda en Asuntos Mar\u00edtimos en la especializaci\u00f3n de \u2018Administraci\u00f3n Mar\u00edtima de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente\u2019 en la Universidad Mar\u00edtima Mundial en Malm\u00f6, Suecia.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Durante su servicio abordo se ha desempe\u00f1ado como Jefe de la 3ra.
