With completed Master&#8217;s studies in Environmental Sciences and specialization in management and public finances and environmental management, as well as courses in public investment projects and international cooperation. I have extensive experience in the public sector related to the executive management of multisector programs and projects at the national level, and general management of development policies and plans with emphasis on the provision of basic services and rural development. He also has experience in the private sector, related to the direction, design and execution of surface and groundwater resources projects, with an emphasis on sustainable development. He has been a member of different boards of directors as president and\/or director in public and private institutions in different sectors and public services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingeniero agr\u00edcola colegiado, egresado de la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, con experiencia en la alta direcci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de entidades p\u00fablicas y privadas. Con estudios concluidos de Maestr\u00eda en Ciencias Ambientales y especializaci\u00f3n en gesti\u00f3n y finanzas p\u00fablicas y en gesti\u00f3n ambiental, as\u00ed como cursos en proyectos de inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica y cooperaci\u00f3n internacional. Cuento con amplia experiencia en el sector p\u00fablico relacionado con la direcci\u00f3n ejecutiva de programas y proyectos multisectoriales a nivel nacional, direcci\u00f3n general de pol\u00edticas y planes de desarrollo con \u00e9nfasis en la provisi\u00f3n de los servicios b\u00e1sicos y el desarrollo rural. Tambi\u00e9n cuento con experiencia en el sector privado, relacionado con la direcci\u00f3n, dise\u00f1o y ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos de recursos h\u00eddricos superficiales y subterr\u00e1neos, con \u00e9nfasis en el desarrollo sostenible.
