Candidata a Doctora en Ciencias Jur\u00eddicas, Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Argentina<\/span><\/p>\n Panel 7: Future Oceans III – National Laws and Policies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n Ada is a lawyer from Argentina specialised in Public International Law. Her research has mostly focused on the study of the sources of International Law and the Law of the Sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ada has completed her studies for a Master’s in International Relations (University of Buenos Aires) and is a PhD candidate in Law (Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina). She has furthered her education with courses in institutions such as The Hague Academy of International Law, the University of Geneva, Leiden University, and the Rhodes Academy of Oceans Law and Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n She has taught Public International Law at both graduate and postgraduate levels. Her publications include articles and book chapters on the sources of international law, State responsibility, and the Law of the Sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Her current research encompasses the legal nature of tacit agreements in international law, specially on its application in the case law of international courts and tribunals on maritime delimitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ada es una abogada de Argentina especializada en Derecho Internacional P\u00fablico. Su investigaci\u00f3n se ha concentrado en el estudio de las fuentes del derecho internacional y en el derecho del mar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ada ha completado estudios de posgrado en la Maestr\u00eda en Relaciones Internacionales por la Universidad de Buenos Aires y es candidata al Doctorado en Ciencias Jur\u00eddicas\u00a0 por la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Argentina. Ha profundizado sus estudios en instituciones como la Academia de Derecho Internacional de La Haya, la Universidad de Ginebra, la Universidad de Leiden y la Academia de Rodas de Derecho y Pol\u00edtica Oce\u00e1nicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ha dictado clases de Derecho Internacional P\u00fablico tanto a nivel de grado como de posgrado.
