Director, Escuela de Guerra Naval del Per\u00fa<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n Admiral Luis del Carpio is the Director of the Peruvian Naval War College. He graduated from the Peruvian Naval Academy Class 1992, and he attended the submarine officers\u2019 course in 1994 \/ 1995. He attended the Engineering Submarine Officer\u2019s Course at the German Navy in 2000. During his career he served in the Submarine Force in different units, he was the Executive Officer and Commanding Officer of the submarine BAP \u201cAngamos\u201d participating in two deployments to the United States supporting the Diesel Electric Submarine Initiative Program, Chief of the Staff of the Submarine Force. He also graduated from the Naval Command College Class 2015 at the U.S. Naval War College and holds a Master’s degree in International Relations at Salve Regina University, Newport Rhode Island. He was promoted in 2021 to the rank of Rear Admiral and selected as Cyber Commander of the Peruvian Navy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n El Contralmirante Luis del Carpio es el Director de la Escuela de Guerra Naval del Per\u00fa. Egresado de la Academia Naval del Per\u00fa Promoci\u00f3n 1992, realiz\u00f3 el curso de Oficiales de Submarinos en 1994\/1995. Realiz\u00f3 el Curso de Oficiales de Ingenier\u00eda de Submarinos en la Armada Alemana en el a\u00f1o 2000. Durante su carrera sirvi\u00f3 en la Fuerza de Submarinos en diferentes unidades, fue Oficial Ejecutivo y Comandante del submarino BAP \u201cAngamos\u201d participando en dos despliegues a Estados Unidos apoyando el Programa de Iniciativa de Submarinos El\u00e9ctricos Di\u00e9sel, Jefe de Estado Mayor de la Fuerza de Submarinos. Tambi\u00e9n se gradu\u00f3 de la Clase 2015 de Naval Command College en el U.S. Naval War College y tiene una Maestr\u00eda en Relaciones Internacionales en la Universidad Salve Regina, Newport Rhode Island. Fue ascendido en 2021 al grado de Contralmirante y seleccionado como Cibercomandante de la Armada del Per\u00fa.
