WMU reserves the right to postpone or cancel any event that is undersubscribed or for reasons which may be beyond control. In this event, individuals who have enrolled will be advised immediately and offered a full refund or credited to them for participation in a future course. Any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by participants are entirely their responsibility and are not covered by WMU.
If a cancellation by the customer is received 10 days or more prior to the event start date, the customer will receive an 80% refund. No refund can be made for cancellations received after this date.
A list of participants (without email addresses) will be available at the event. We suggest that you solicit business cards from contacts you meet personally, and therefore recommend that you bring plenty of cards with you to the event.
We would prefer that you inform us in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org with your cancellation for our records, regardless of whether you are due a refund or not.
This is usually not a problem. Please inform Mrs. Mia Hedin on email@example.com with your details, plus the contact details of the person who will be attending in your place. A substitution can then be made, and no extra charge or cancellation penalty is incurred if the information reached us at least 10 working days prior to the event.
