Professor, Australian National Center for Ocean Resources and Security, University of Wollongong <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Dr. Robin Warner is Professor, Deputy Director and Head of Postgraduate Studies at the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources and Security (ANCORS), University of Wollongong, Australia. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the Oceans Coasts and Coral Reefs Specialist Group of the IUCN World Commission on Environmental Law.  Her research interests include law of the sea, oceans governance, marine environmental law and climate law.  She is the author of more than 80 publications on ocean law and policy including Protecting the Oceans beyond National Jurisdiction: Strengthening the International Law Framework<\/em> (Martinus Nijhoff, Leiden, 2009).   <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
